Order Processing and Shipping TimesÂ
- Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Please note the following:
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. During busy spans such as holidays or product promotions, processing times may extend to 7-14 business days. Additionally, delivery times may be affected by weather conditions or unforeseen events.
Shipping Locations and Carriers Â

- We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping.
- Orders shipped to PO boxes can only be sent via USPS.
Tracking Your Order Â
- Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.Â
- For tracking your order, please get in touch with us with your shipping method and order number.Â
Address Changes Â
- Mermville is not responsible for incorrect or mistaken addresses entered at checkout. We will update an address before shipment, but the customer will be liable for additional shipping charges from rerouting an order.Â
Lost or Stolen Shipments Â
- If your tracking information indicates that your order was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please get in touch with the carrier directly.Â
- If the carrier cannot assist, please get in touch with us at contact@mermville.com
- We take lost and stolen shipments seriously. If you believe your order was lost or stolen, contact us, and we will request an investigation by the shipping company. Refunds or exchanges will be accepted only after the shipping company completes its investigation. For stolen packages, we recommend filing a police report. Claims for lost or stolen shipments must be reported within one month.
