- Returns are accepted for single-purchase items and merchandise with original packaging within 72 hours of delivery.Â

- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or believe there was an error, please get in touch with our Customer Service team within 72 hours of receiving your order.Â
Important Notes and Exceptions:Â Â
- Order Changes: We cannot make changes or edits to orders once they have been placed.Â
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be unopened and in original packaging. Items that have been used are not eligible for return.Â
- Restocking Fee: A $5 restocking fee applies to all returned orders.Â
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.Â
- Refund Process: Refunds will be entitled to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-10 business days for processing.Â
- Return Shipping: We do not provide return shipping labels. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.Â

- Upon receipt of your package, inspect each item for defects or damage. If any item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 72 hours of delivery. Add a photo of the damaged item for a replacement or store credit.Â
Missing Items:Â Â
- If an item is misplaced from your shipment, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Provide your full name, order number, and details of the missing item.Â
Incorrect Order:Â Â
- If you receive an incorrect book, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the faulty item for a replacement.Â
Lost or Stolen Shipments:Â Â
- If you believe your package is lost or stolen, contact us to get the issue resolved.
Extended Delivery Times:Â Â
- Due to various conditions beyond our control, shipping and delivery times may be longer than usual. Kindly accept an extra 14 working days for delivery. If you have not received your package after this time, contact us for assistance.Â
